Changes

• BVN Validation Requirement: Mandatory BVN number for all NGN payins and payouts in Nigeria
• Validation Checks:
  • Verify BVN number uniqueness across Transfi platform
  • Perform name matching against BVN details
• Transaction Rule: Transactions will be blocked if BVN validation fails (uniqueness or name match)

Integration Details

• Update transaction flow to capture and validate BVN number for Nigerian transactions
• Implement backend checks for BVN uniqueness
• Add name matching verification step
• Ensure proper error handling for failed validations

Error Details

• Name Check: The name provided doesn't match with the name on BVN.
• BVN Check: This BVN is already associated with an existing user account.
