We are transitioning our API customers to a dedicated platform at api-dashboard to improve security, management, and service quality.

Platform Access

• Old Platform: pay transfi
• New Platform: api-dashboard

Reasons for Transition

• Enhanced Security Segregation - Separating API access from pay platforms reduces potential security vulnerabilities
• Improved API Management - Dedicated platform allows for more focused API documentation, monitoring, and support
• Streamlined Developer Experience - Provides a specialized environment for API interactions and integration
• Better Access Controls - Enables more granular permission management for API users
• Performance Optimization - Dedicated infrastructure for API services

Changes Introduced

• Platform URL Change - Transition from pay.transfi.com to api-dashboard.transfi.com
• No Changes to Access Credentials - Your existing email and password will remain exactly the same
• No Impact on User Experience - Only the platform URL is changing

What Remains Unchanged

• Login Email: Stays the same
• Password: Stays the same
• User Permissions: Remain identical
• Account Details: No modifications

Action Required

• Simply navigate to api-dashboard for sandbox environment and api-dashboard for production environment.
• Use your current login credentials (email and password)
• Update any saved bookmarks to the new URL
