Simulates a user status transition for an existing user in the sandbox environment. Triggers the corresponding webhook for the target status.

For individual users: kyc_initiated, kyc_pending, kyc_manual_review, kyc_success, kyc_failed, kyc_rejected, kyc_blocked, kyc_expired, user_approved, user_created, user_rejected. For business users: kyb_initiated, kyb_pending, kyb_manual_review, kyb_success, kyb_failed, kyb_rejected, kyb_blocked, kyb_expired, user_approved, user_created, user_rejected.
