Get or Create Crypto Prefund Wallet

https://sandbox-api.transfi.com/v3/prefund-accounts/crypto-wallet

Returns a wallet address for crypto prefunding operations. If a wallet already exists for the organization and crypto ticker, the existing wallet address is returned; otherwise a new wallet is created.

Either cryptoTicker must be provided, OR both currency and network must be provided together. The wallet is created per organization and crypto ticker combination — once created, subsequent calls return the same wallet address.
