Four ways to collect

What every collection has in common
- Create the customer as a user first. You'll reuse their
userId. - Create a
payinorder. You get back apayUrl(or a deposit address for crypto). - Send the customer to pay.
- Wait for
fund_settled(orasset_settledfor crypto). Then deliver what they paid for.
