Find your Flow
📘 Six guides, thirteen flowsEvery order you create resolves to one of thirteen flows. The question that decides which one is simple: where do the funds sit before and after the order?
| Where the money is | Flows | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Outside TransFi → outside TransFi — value passes straight through, never touching your balance |
| Instant Flows |
| Outside → into your balance — from a named payer |
| Collections |
| Outside → into your balance — from you |
| Add Funds |
| Your balance → outside |
| Payouts |
| Within your balance |
| Swaps |
Two pages support every flow above:
| Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Settlements | How value collected through Flows 7–9 reaches your bank account or wallet — in batches |
| Who's on Each Side | The three party configurations every flow can take: paying you, paying from you, or one party paying themselves. This is where payments on behalf of your customers (PoBo / CoBo) are explained |
Instant, or via your balance?
| Instant Flows (1–4) | Via your balance (5–13) | |
|---|---|---|
| Does value sit in your TransFi balance? | No — passes through | Yes — enters, leaves, or moves within it |
| Do you need to top up first? | No | For payouts and swaps, yes |
| How do you receive collected value? | Directly, to the external account on the order | In batches, via Settlements |
| Typical users | Trade collections paid straight to a wallet, pass-through payouts, users buying or selling crypto for themselves | Platforms holding a balance, payroll, treasury, anyone paying out at volume |
