Your integration

Register the trader — Create Individual Sender
Verify them — Standard KYC
Take a deposit with a payin order, or gaming through a wallet in the trader's name — Collections
On fund_settled, credit their trading account
Pay a withdrawal with a payout order — Payouts

Refunds

Failed deposits are refunded automatically. Refunds of crypto payments are live; fiat refunds — Coming soon. Customer-requested refunds: Processing Refunds.

Before you go live

A trader who deposits and withdraws holds both roles. Add the second role, don't create a second record — Change User Role
Withdrawals go to the trader's own account. Paying anyone else is a different flow.
