Transfer API - Swap

Swap transfers allow users to exchange either one fiat currency for another or one cryptocurrency for another.

1. Fiat Swap: Users can pay in one fiat currency (eg: EUR) and get the equivalent amount of another desired fiat currency (eg: PHP)
2. Crypto Swap: Users can pay in one crypto (eg: ETH) and get equivalent amount of another desired crypto currency (eg: USDC)
